Motorcycle Protection: Radiator Guard
PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR SHIPPING- Originally designed and developed for the Suzuka 8 hour in Japan, Etching Factory radiator and oil guards use the latest etching technology and manufacture exclusively from 0.8mm SUS304 Stainless Steel.
- The design uses a dual mesh concept: directly behind the wheel a finer pattern is used as this takes the majority of stones and debris, offering maximum protection to your radiator. Either side of your wheel, a wider pattern is used in order to provide maximum airflow into the radiator and improve motorcycle cooling efficiency.
- SUS304 Stainless Steel is used at a thickness of 0.8mm. Over years of testing and racing it was found that this combination perfectly balanced strength, weight and cooling. Thanks to the strenth of the stainless steel, we can adopt a relatively thin plate thickness (0.8mm) and good width of mesh lines (opening ratio) in order to allow air flow whilst maintaining strength.
- All guards are designed specifically for each bike model, meaning fitment is easy and reliable and the radiator is structurally sound. All Etching Factory products are designed and manufactured in Japan to the highest quality.
